Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على وضعية الإبتكار بالمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الجزائرية. وقد أجريت الدراسة على سبع وثلاثين مؤسسة صغيرة ومتوسطة في ولاية باتنة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام استبانة لغرض جمع البيانات من أفراد عينة الدراسة، وقد تم استخدام الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) لتحليل بيانات الاستبانة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان من أبرزها أن أغلب الابتكارات التي تقوم بها المؤسسات عبارة عن تغييرات وتحسينات في شكل المنتج وخصائصه وهذا راجع لوجود عدة عقبات تحول دون تحقيق أهداف الابتكار This study aims to identify the state of innovation in Algerian small and medium enterprises. The study was conducted on thirty-seven small and medium enterprises in Batna, In order to achieve the objectives of this study we used a questionnaire to collect data from the individuals in the study sample. We also used the statistical package program for science (SPSS) to analyze the questionnaire data. The study revealed a series of results including: Most of the innovations that organizations make are changes and improvements in the shape and characteristics of the product, and this is due to the presence of several obstacles that prevent the achievement of innovation goals
