الملخص إذا أرادت الجزائر أن تحقق التنمية الاقتصادية في كافة مجالاتها، وذلك من خلال التركيز على دور ومساهمة الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر فمن الضروري أن تقوم بإصدار تشريع جديد يضبط النقائص والثغرات الموجودة في قانون الاستثمار، وأيضا مراجعة الاجراءات عند التعامل مع المستثمر الأجنبي، خاصة من ناحية التنفيذ، وتقييم وتقدير الامتيازات الممنوحة له.
