dc.description.abstractThe present study offers an analysis of the dairy sector in Algeria through the use of recent statistical data provided by the Ministère de l’Agriculture et du Développement Rural (M.A.D.R) and by the Office National Interprofessionnel du Lait et des produits laitiers (O.N.I.L). It also emphasizes the various mechanisms for improving milk production since the establishment of the Plan National du Développement Agricole (P.N.D.A) in order to offset the burden of milk imports and to achieve the food independence of our country.en_US
