Abstract

الهدف من عملنا هو دراسة الوقاية من المخاطر المهنية على مستوى وحدة التحكم الكهربائي MC Set 5.5 كيلوفولط في وحدة معالجة خام الجنوب في سونا طراك. تم إجراء تحليل المخاط بواسطة طريقة.AMDEC تظهر نتائج الدراسة أنا الصيانة الدورية وتدريب الموظفين هما طريقتان أساسيتان للوقاية و لضمان سلامة الموظفين وضمان استمرارية الإنتاج. توجد مخاطر مهنية لايمكننا القضاء عليها ، ولكن يمكننا تقليلها و التحكم فيها من خلال خطة الصيانة وقائية.

L’obj ectif de notre travail est l’étude de la prévention des risques professionnels au niveau de la cellule de commande électrique MC Set 5,5 kV de la l'Unité de Traitement de Brut Sud à Sonatrach. L’analyse des risques a été réalisée par la méthode AMDEC. Les résultats de l’étude montrent que l’entretien périodique et la formation du personnel sont des méthodes de prévention primordiaux et indispensables pour garantir la sécurité des salarie et assurer la continuité de la production. Les risques professionnels existent, on ne peut pas l’éliminer, mais on peut les réduire et les maitriser à travers un plan d’entretien et de maintenance préventive.

The objective of our work is the study of the prevention of occupational risks at the level of the MC Set 5.5 kV electrical control unit of the South Crude Processing Unit in Sonatrach. The risk analysis was carried out by the FMEA method. The results of the study show that periodic maintenance and staff training are essential and essential prevention methods to guarantee the safety of employees and ensure the continuity of production. Occupational risks exist, we cannot eliminate them, but we can reduce them and control them through a maintenance and preventive maintenance plan.
