الحركات الإجتماعية الشبابية و إشكالية التنظيم غير الرسمي دراسة مقارنة:تونس و مصر مطلع2011

Abstract

ملخّص: تهدف هذه الدراسة المقارنة إلى تحليل ظاهرة الحركات الإجتماعية الشبابية في تونس و مصر منذ 2011، بالكشف عن المتغيرات المحلّية، الإقليمية و الدولية المتحكّمة في الظاهرة، في ظل تنامي دور الشباب كفاعل إجتماعي و سياسي جديد بامتياز، من خلال ابتكار آليات و دعائم تعبيرية جديدة،كان لها الفضل في تكريس مفهوم الحركات الإجتماعية الجديدة على المستوى العربي خصوصا و العالمي عموما، و كذا ردود الفعل السياسية و الأمنية التي لعبت دورا أساسيا في احتواء، تهميش أو قمع هذه التحرّكات.

Abstract: This comparative study aims to analyze the phenomena of young social movements in Tunisia & Egypt since 2011, detecting its local, regional & international variables, in the context of youth role growing-up, as a new social & political actor by excellence, by designing new mechanisms & supports, which was credited with dedicating the concept of new social movements particularly at Arab level & globally at International level, as well as political & security reactions, which have a major role in the containment, marginalization & repression of movements.

Résumé: Cette étude constate à analyser le phénomène des jeune mouvements sociaux en Tunisie & Égypte depuis 2011, en détectant les variables locaux, régionaux & Internationaux contrôlant le phénomène, vu le croissance du role des jeunes comme nouveau facteur social & politique avec excellence, par l’innovation de nouveaux mécanismes & expressions, qui consacre le nouveau concept des mouvements sociaux au niveau arabe en particulier & international en général, et les réactions politiques & sécuritaires qui jouent un grand role en confinement, marginalisation ou suppression de ces mouvements.
