دور الحكم الراشد في تحقيق التنمية المحلية المستدامة - دراسة حالة بلدية تبسبست الفترة 2007/2019

Abstract

الملخص عرف الحديث عن موضوع التنمية المحلية المستدامة والحكم الراشد في العالم عموما والجزائر خصوصا اهتماما متزايد خاصة بعد صدور تقارير الأمم المتحدة ،والهدف منه هو التركيز على أبعاد التنمية المستدامة بالاعتماد على مرتكزات الحكم الراشد ومن خلال مؤشرات التنمية المستدامة وبالاعتماد على البني الشفافية والمسائلة كأهم مرتكزات للحكم الراشد حيث توصلنا إلى تحقيق انجازات وتطورات في مجال التنمية المستدامة شملت نواحي عدة حتى وان لم تكن كافية منها ما هو اقتصادي، اجتماعي ،بيئي وحتى السياسي ، ومنها ارتفاع مستوى الدخل وتحسين مستوى الخدمات الصحية والإنشاءات السكانية وغيره....

The Abstract : Whose conversation known the theme of sustainable development and good governance in the world has increased the attention, especially after the publication of the UN reports, the goal that should focus on the dimensions of sustainable development based on the platform for good governance. By analyzing development indicators in Algeria based on mechanisms for transparency and responsibility for the most important foundations of good governance, we must realize achievements and developments in the field of sustainable development that included some economic, social, environmental and political rights, between the most important level: the high level of income, improve social security and the level of the population, the establishment and development of the environment.

Dont la conversation connu le thème du développement durable et la bonne gouvernance dans le monde a augmenté l'attention, en particulier après la publication des rapports de l'ONU, l'objectif qui doit mettre l'accent sur les dimensions de développement durable basé sur la plate-forme pour une bonne gouvernance. Par l'analyse des indicateurs de développement en Algérie sur la base des mécanismes pour la transparence et la responsabilité des fondements les plus importants de la bonne gouvernance, nous devons réaliser les accomplissements et les développements dans le domaine du développement durable qui comprenait certains droits économiques, sociaux , environnementaux et politiques , entre le niveau le plus important: le niveau élevé de revenu, d'améliorer la sécurité sociale et le niveau de la population, la mise en place et le développement de l'environnement
