الجريمة المنظمة دراسة حالة المخذرات في الجزائر من 2008-2018

Abstract

تسلط هذه الدراسة الضوء على أخطر سلوك إنساني، ألا وهو الإجرام والذي تزايد وتطور عبر العصور إلى أصبح يعرف بالجريمة المنظمة. والتي تزايدت في الفترة الأخيرة وتزايدت معاناة الدول معها. لما تسببه من أضرار وآثار الوخيمة على جميع المستويات. هم وانطلاقاً من هذا الطرح تطرقنا إلى أ الآليات التي تتبعها الدول منها الجزائر في مكافحتها والحد منها، حيث تأتت النتائج وبعد سنوات عن مجموعة من الآليات والجهود الدولية والإقليمية والوطنية.كما تطرقنا إلى أحد أهم التي تؤرق الجزائر، حكومة وشعبا ألا وهي آفة المخدرات التي تفتك بها وتضرب استقرارها الأمني والاقتصادي والاجتماعي... وكيفية تصدي الجزائر لهذه الآفة ومدى نجاح الآليات المستخدمة في ذلك. والذي يمكن القول ومن خلال دراستنا هاته أنه كانت للجزائر محاولات جديرة بالذكر وقد نجحت إلى حد ما، إلا أنها تبقى عاجزة عن القضاء عليها تماما لأن تهريب المخدرات ليس بالأمر البسيط والسهل فهو معقد جدا ويحتاج إلى تكاتف الجهود الدولية وتعاون جّدي

This study sheds light on the most serious human behavior, namely criminality, which has grown and evolved though the ages to become known as organized crime. Which has been increased nowadays. That not effects people only but it damages the countries at all levels. Form this point of view, we focused in the most Algerian ‘s procedures to combating and reducing them. Which are came after years of a range of international, regional and national Methods and efforts. We also touched on one of the most important issues that Algeria, the government and people, is concerned about: the scourge of drugs that it is destroying and its security, economic and social stability ... and how Algeria responds to this scourge and the success of the Methods used. Which can be said through this study that Algeria has been noteworthy attempts have succeeded to some extent, but it remains unable to eliminate completely because drug trafficking is not simple and easy is very complex and needs to join international efforts and serious cooperation
