Abstract

ملخص الدراسة. هدفت هذه الدراسة الى قياس مستوى جودة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة في مركز السرطان بمستشفى محمد بوضياف بور قلة .ومعرفة مستوى رضى مرافقي مرضى السرطان من الخدمات الصحية المقدمة في هذا المركز. وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية من مرافقي المرضى سلمت لهم الاستبانة لقياس مستوى جودة الخدمات الصحية ،كما تم دراسة وتحليل البيانات باستخدام المعاملات الاحصائية ،وبعد تحليل البيانات تبين ان مستوى جودة الخدمات الصحية متوسط.

Résumé de l'étude: Cette étude visait à mesurer la qualité des services de santé soumis au centre de cancérologie de l'hôpital Mohamed boudhiaf à ouargla, ainsi qu'à connaître le niveau de satisfaction des patients accompagnant les services de santé du centre. Un échantillon aléatoire a été sélectionné parmi les patients accompagnant. Ils ont reçu un questionnaire sur les services de santé du centre. Les données ont été étudiées et analysées à l'aide des transactions statistiques. Après cela, il a été constaté que le niveau de services dans ce centre est moyen.Study

summary: This study targeted to measure the quality of health services that was submitted in the cancer center at the hospital of Mohamed boudhiaf in ouargla ,also to know the satisfaction level of the patients accompanying about the health services in the center. Random sample was selected from the patients accompanying . They were given a questionnaire about the health services in the center. The data has been studied and analyzed using the statistical transactions. After that it was found that the level of services in that center is medium.
