تنظيم الدولة الإسلامية "داعش" وإشكالية التمدد في المغرب العربي ( ليبيا نموذجا

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة في نهاية مسار بحثنا و من خلال ما تم التطرق إليه في فصول البحث تم الخروج بالخلاصة التالية: أن سقوط الدولة العثمانية هو الحدث الذي مثل نقطة التحول الكبيرة للشعوب العربية و الإسلامية، وهو الحدث الذي مهد لكثير من الأحداث التي تجري اليوم و أن ابتعاد المسلمين عن دينهم أوصلهم إلى هلاكهم، بحيث تشكلت الحركات الإسلامية و الجهادية التي ترى في نفسها أنها على الحق. نستنتج كذلك أن تطور الدولة الإسلامية "داعش" من مجموعة صغيرة إلى منظمة ذات طموحات دولية ومن ثم التركيز على الحكم كدولة إسلامية عابرة للحدود القومية وتغيير معالم الخريطة العالمية وذلك باستغلال التنظيم الأوضاع و الديناميات وحالة انعدام الاستقرار خاصة في المنطقة العربية متماديا في توسعه و انتشاره ساعيا لتحقيق شعاره "باقية و تتمدد" ، وقد أثبت تنظيم الدولة الإسلامية من خلال الترهيب المباشر و غير المباشر و التمرد و الاعتداءات العسكرية واسعة النطاق الأكثر انتظاما على محاور عدة أثبتت أنها قوة مسلحة قادرة على هزيمة الجيوش الوطنية و الفصائل المتمردة المنافسة. كما يعتبر تنظيم الدولة الإسلامية "داعش" ما هو إلا سياسة أمريكية بخيوط جديدة تنسجها في المنطقة العربية كيف ما شاءت تحقيقا لمصالحها،كما يعتبر ورقة رابحة لكل الأطراف الإقليمية و الدولية (السعودية ، إيران Summary To conclude this research and according for sub questions that we listed on the fore fort of this research has been find to the conclusions centered in the next following _ The fall of the Othman empire is an event that brought to many events which taking place today the Muslims moving away from their religion brought them to their doom where Islamism and jihadist movements were for ned which sees it self that is completely right but no body is right As consequently the development of the Islamic state "DAECH" / "ISIS" from a small group to bound "DAT international ambitions from that it has been focused on governance as a Muslim fleeting national borders and changing global map land marks for exploiting these arrangement dynamics and the lack of a private in the Arab Region stability for too in the expansion and spread to achieve its motto "ligening and dilation" and also it has proved this Islamic state arrangement through direct and indirect in temdidation guerrilla insurgency war military aggression and the most wide ranging on several axes it is an armed force capable of the feating national armies rebel factions and competition. Also at the end had been concluded that "ISIS the Islamic state" totally is just another new garages puppet which taked by USA where ever to acheire her benefits in the national state ( Saoudi Arabia, Iran and Turkey). Résumé Pour conclure cette recherche et selon des sous-questions que nous avons énumérés sur l'avant fort de cette recherche a été trouvé aux conclusions centrées dans le prochain suivant _ La chute de l'empire Othman est un événement qui a amené à de nombreux événements qui ont lieu aujourd'hui les musulmans qui se déplacent loin de leur religion les a amenés à leur destin où l'islamisme et les mouvements djihadistes étaient pour ned qui voit elle-même qui est tout à fait raison, mais pas de corps est correct En conséquence, le développement de l'Etat islamique "DAECH" / "ISIS" à partir d'un petit groupe lié "DAT ambitions internationales de ce qu'il a été porté sur la gouvernance en tant que frontières nationales fugaces musulmans et l'évolution des marques mondiales carte des terres pour l'exploitation de ces dynamiques d'arrangement et l'absence d'un privé dans la stabilité région arabe trop dans l'expansion et la propagation d'atteindre sa devise "ligening et la dilatation» et il a aussi prouvé cet arrangement islamique de l'Etat par le biais directe et indirecte dans temdidation guérilla insurrectionnelle agression militaire et le plus vaste sur plusieurs axes, il est une force armée capable de les armées nationales feating factions rebelles et la concurrence.
