الأساليب الاشرافية المستعملة في ظل جائحة كورونا وأثرها على العملية التدريسية

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الأساليب الإشرافية المستعملة في ظل جائحة كرونا وأثرها على العملية التدريسية دراسة ميدانية على ثانويات غرداية، حيث تكونت عينة دراستنا من (45) أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية بثانويات غرداية التي بلغت (30) ثانوية، وقد كان اختيارنا للعينة عشوائيا وتم استعمال المنهج الوصفي في الدراسة واستعمال الحزم الإحصائية في عملية التفريغ من خلال برنامج الحزم الإحصائية " SPSS " نسخة 20 وقد تم حساب صدق وثبات المقياس للتأكد من صلاحية المقياس و الذي تم أخذه من طرف يسرى زياد صالح امبيض حول دور المشرف التربوي في تحسين أداء المعلمين في مدارس القدس الحكومية من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمديرين والذي يتوافق مع خصائص عينة دراستنا والمتغيرات المراد قياسها، حيث أظهرت النتائج ما يلي : ● لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات الأساتذة حول فعالية الأساليب الإشرافية المستعملة في ظل جائحة كورنا تعزى لمتغير الجنس ● توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات الأساتذة حول فعالية الأساليب الإشرافية المستعملة في ظل جائحة كورنا تعزى لمتغير الخبرة. ● هناك انعكاس ايجابي للأساليب الإشرافية المستعملة في ظل جائحة كرونا على العملية التدريسية. وفي الأخير تم الخروج بالتوصيات والاقتراحات كخاتمة لموضوعنا .

This study aimed at knowing the supervisory methods used in light of the Corona pandemic and its impact on the teaching process. A field study on Ghardaia high schools. Our sample consisted of (45) physical education and sports professors in Ghardaia high schools, which amounted to (30) secondary, and our selection of the sample was random and it was used. The descriptive approach in the study and the use of statistical packages in the unpacking process through the statistical packages program "SPSS" version 20. The validity and reliability of the scale was calculated to ensure the validity of the scale, which was taken by YusraZiadSalehOmbayed on the role of the educational supervisor in improving the performance of teachers in schools Governmental Jerusalem from the teachers 'and administrators' point of view, which is consistent with the characteristics of our study sample and the variables to be measured, as the results showed the following: • There are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the teachers ’responses about the effectiveness of the supervisory methods used in light of the Kurna pandemic due to the gender variable. • There are statistically significant differences between the averages of the teachers ’responses about the effectiveness of the supervisory methods used under the Kurna pandemic due to the experience variable. • There is a positive reflection of the supervisory methods used in light of the Corona pandemic on the teaching process. Finally, recommendations and suggestions were made as a conclusion to our topic.
