Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على العلاقة بين البطالة والتضخم من خلال تحديد طبيعة العلاقة بينهما في الجزائر والذي على أساس الإشكالية العامة:ما هي طبيعة العلاقة بين البطالة والتضخم في الجزائر؟ تعد البطالة والتضخم من أخطر المشاكل التي تواجه العالم بشكل عام والدول النامية وخاصة الجزائر في ضل المستجدات والتطورات التي حدثت مؤخرا. حسب منحنى فيليبس الذي يوضح العلاقة بين البطالة والتضخم والذي كان نقطة انطلاق لدراستنا التي تتطلب تحليلا شاملا للبطالة والتضخم في الجزائر، وفي إطار خططها للحد من ارتفاع معدلات البطالة والتضخم قامت الدولة بالعديد من البرامج التي تضل غير قادرة على أداء الدور المنوط بها وغير فعالة من حيث الزمان والمكان على الرغم من تسخير العديد من الوسائل المادية والبشرية لتحقيق الأهداف المذكورة أعلاه اختتمت الدراسة القياسية برغبة في الإجابة على السؤال الرئيسي حول طبيعة العلاقة بين البطالة والتضخم في الجزائر الفترة (2000 2018 )حيث إننا استخلصنا أنها علاقة متذبذبة بين العكسية والطردية حيث أنها توازنية عكسية في الأجل الطويل وأحيانا طردية و أحيانا عكسية في الأجل القصير

This study is aiming at shedding light on the relationship between unemployment and inflation through identifying the nature of the links between unemployment and inflation in Algeria. Because of the various forms and the different causes they have, unemployment and inflation are among the most serious problems facing the world in general, and the developing countries, especially Algeria. In light of the new developments and changes that have recently taken place. According to the Phelps curve, which shows the relationship between unemployment and inflation, and which was the starting point for our study requiring a comprehensive analysis of unemployment and inflation in Algeria, In the framework of its plans to stop unemployment and inflation, the State has made several programs, which keep unable to fulfill the role being assumed to and ineffective in terms of time and space, despite all the considerable human, material and financial means to achieve the goals above stated . The study concluded the analysis with an attempt to answer the main question about the links of unemployment and inflation in the Algerian economy; It states that it is a stable, reversible relationship in the long term and fluctuating between the opposite and negative in the short term during the period in question (2000- 2018)
