أثر الإنفاق العام على النموالاقتصادي دراسة حالة الجزائرمن 1973 إلى 2018

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان أثرالإنفاق العام على النموالإقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1973-2018). تم استخدام مكونات الإنفاق العام متمثلة في كل من نفقات التجهيز ونفقات التسيير كمتغيرات مستقلة والنمو الإقتصادي كمتغير تابع, لتحليل ومعالجة البيانات, تم اختيار دراسة قياسية باستخدام نموذج VARبإستعمال برنامج Eviews7.وخلصت الدراسة إلى نتيجة مفادها أن النفقات العامة الاجمالية تؤثر بنسب معتبرة على النمو الإقتصادي وبالنظر إلى تصنيفاتها فإن نفقات التسيير تمتلك أكبر أثر على النمو الاقتصادي بالمقارنة مع نفقات التجهيز

This study aims to clarify public spending on économique growth in algeria during (1973-2018) for this using the componentsof public expenditures, represnted in both equipment and running . Expenditures as independent variable and économique growth as independent, variable the standard study was chosen using the model VAR within Eviews7 program. Tha study concluded that the total public expenditure have a significant impact on économique, growth in view of their classifications operating expenses have the largest, impact on économique growth compared to the equipment , expenditure key word économique, growth operating expenses equipment expenditure.
