Abstract: The purpose of this study is to reveal the Validity Criterion of Holland's interest, because the multiplicity of arguments by external evaluators will greatly contribute to the reinforcement of the explanatory power of model proposition. It was applied on a sample of 97 students from the first year secondary, a common trunk of science and technology and a common trunk of literature and foreign languages in Tlemcen and Sidi Bel Abbes, which were selected according to the random method, based on two individual criterion, the occupational interest scale and the self-estimates.
