المعالجة الإعلامية لقضايا الجريمةعبر القنوات التلفزيونية دراسة تحليلية مقارنة لبرنامجي الحقائق الأربع "لقناة الحوار التونسي" وبرنامج تحريات لقناة "النهار"

Abstract

تمحورت الدراسة حول المعالجة الإعلامية لقضايا الجريمة عبر قناتي النهار والحوار التونسي من خلال برنامجي تحريات والحقائق الأربع، وذلك لأن ظاهرة الجريمة لاقت تفشيا كبيرا أوساط المجتمع الجزائري والتونسي، مما استدعى بالإعلام تسليط الضوء عليها باعتباره أحد مصادر المعلومات التي يستسقي منها الفرد آخر المستجدات. ومن خلال هذه الدراسة سنتمكن من معرفة كيف تمت المعالجة الإعلامية لهذه الظاهرة من خلال أخذ عينة عشوائية منتظمة من حلقات برنامج تحريات وبرنامج الحقائق الأربع متبعين في ذلك المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج المقارن باعتبارها دراسة تحليلية مقارنة حيث تم تحليل الحلقات عبر أداة تحليل المضمون، وفق فئات تتعلق بالشكل وفئات تتعلق بالمضمون. بعد التحليل توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها أن كلا البرنامجين اعتمدا على المقابلة الصحفية في معالجة قضايا الجريمة، واختلاف هدف المعالجة في البرنامجين حيث أن برنامج تحريات هدفه الكشف عن مجريات الجريمة فقط، بينما برنامج الحقائق الأربع فهدفه الكشف عن مجريات الجريمة والتوعية وتقديم والبحث عن حلول

The study of our research focused on the media treatment of crime issues though two famous channels Ennahar and Elhiwar Ettounisi via the Four Fact and Investigations programme TV. Infact the crime phenomenon has met with great spread among the Algerian and Tunisian society, this prompted the media to shed light on it. Though this study, we will be able to know how the media treatment was carried out by taking a regular random sample from some episodes of the two programme crime TV, following the descriptive analytical ach and the comparative approaches a comparative analytical study, where we use the analysis tools to analysed the episodes according to two types of categories, one related to the form, and the other to the content. As a result after the analysis, the study reached some very important conclusions which is that both programmes depended on the press interview in dealing with such crime cases, and the difference of the treatment goal, whereas the Investigation programme aims to reveal the course of crime only, while the Four Facts programme aims to uncover events provide information and solutions.
