تأثير الفساد المالي على النمو الاقتصادي بالجزائر الفترة الممتدة بين-2019/1990

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة معرفة طبيعة العلاقة بين الفساد المالي و النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر، حيث تمحورت إشكالية الدراسة حول كيفية تأثير الفساد المالي في الجزائر على النمو الاقتصادي في الفترة 1990-2019. وللإجابة على الإشكالية المطروحة اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالإضافة لبناء نموذج قياسي يضم مجموعة من المؤشرات هي: الناتج المحلي الإجماليGDP، مؤشر مدركات الفسادCPI لمنظمة الشفافية الدولية، مؤشرات الحوكمة للبنك الدولي. وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة لوجود علاقة عكسية بين الفساد المالي و النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر، بالإضافة لوجود تأثير متبادل بين مختلف المؤشرات، حيث كان للفساد المالي تأثير سلبي على معدلات النمو الاقتصادي وهذا بسبب ضعف مؤشرات الحوكمة في الجزائر.

This study aims to try to know the nature of the relationship between financial corruption and economic growth in Algeria, the problematic of study revolves around: how financial corruption in Algeria affected economic growth in the period 1990-2019. To answer this problematic, the study followed the descriptive analytical approach in addition to form a standard model that includes a set of indicators are: Gross domestic product GDP, Corruption Perceptions Index CPI of Transparency International Organization, and World Bank Governance Indicators. The results of the study found that there is an inverse relationship between financial corruption and economic growth in Algeria, in addition to the existence of a mutual effect between the various indicators, where financial corruption had a negative impact on the rates of economic growth and this is due to the weak indicators of governance in Algeria.
