ملخص

نتطرق في بحثنا هذا المتواضع الإدارة المحلية في الجزائر¸ في فصله الأول بدأنا الحديث بتعريفات للادارة وتطورها التاريخي¸ من الاحتلال وكيف قام بتقسيم الجزائر إداريا¸ وبعد الاستقلال كيف نظم المشرع الإدارات ونتحدث عن مصطلحات لغوية مشابهة ¸وأيضا عن أهمية الإدارة السياسية والاقتصادية كمدخل مفاهيمي وما تقدمه للمواطن من خدمات. أما في الفصل الثاني بدأنا التوسع في هيئات الإدارة المحلية¸ للبلدية والولاية وكيفية تشكيل وسير عمل مجالسهما المنتخبة وكذالك الرقابة عليهما .
