Abstract

یعد التفوق الد ا رسي عاملا هاما من عوامل التغییر الاجتماعي و التقدم العلمي الذي یسعى المجتمع إلى تحقیقه بین مجتمعات العالم المختلفة وٕاذ یستطیع أبناءه المتفوقین بما یتمتعون به من خصائص مختلفة ومتعددة اعتلاء م ا ركز قیادیة و دفع مجتمعهم نحو الرقي باعتبارهم طاقة بشریة یجب العمل على رعایتها وفي هذه الد ا رسة التي هدفت الى التعرف على عوامل الذات الأكادیمیة للطلبة المتفوقین د ا رسیا والذین تحصلوا على أعلى معدلات مقارنة مع أق ا رنهم في المستوى الجامعي بغض النظر مستوى ذكائهم باعتماد المنهج العیادي، وباستخدام كل من أداتي المقابلة العیادیة ومقیاس العوامل الخمس الكبرى للشخصیة (كوستا). وتبعا لطبیعة الموضوع ومنهج البحث فقد تم اختیار ثلاث نماذج لحالات طلبة متفوقین د ا رسیا من شعبة علم النفس بتخصصاتها: "علم النفس العیادي- علم النفس التنظیم و العمل -علم النفس المدرسي"، وتم التوصل بعد تحلیل محتوى المقابلات ونتائج المقیاس إلى أن للحالات الثلاث المستهدفة بالبحث، تشابهت في عوامل الذات الاكادیمیة لشخصیاتهم، تتقدمها ترتیبیا الانبساط ثم الطیبة ثم یقظة الضمیر ثم الصافوة، لتأتي آخ ا ر وهي الع صٌبِ یة، مع وجود بعض الاختلافات في ترتیب هذه العوامل بین حالات البحث..Academic excellence is an important factor for social changes and scientific development that the society seeks to achieve. Academic excellence gives society members chances to be in leadership positions. In addition, it helps the whole society to develop in all areas. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the characteristics of the students who have academic excellence compared with other students who have average grades. The methodology for this study is the clinical approach by using the clinical interviews and Costa's Big Five Factors Scale. The participants are students from different Psychology departments who have high grades (Clinical Psychology, School Psychology, Psychology of organization and action). The results of the study show that the cases have similarities among them in their mood, good hearts and awakening of the conscience then purity. In the last level comes the nervosity. However, it also shows that there are some differences in percentages of these characteristics
