تحليل وتقييم الإستراتيجية المالية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة حالة- مؤسسة رغوة الجنوب–تقرت- للفترة 2013-2018

Abstract

هدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل وتقييم الإستراتيجية المالية لمؤسسة رغوة الجنوب، ومناقشة أثر هذه الإستراتيجية على الأداءالمالي للمؤسسة خلال الفترة (2013-2018). وذلك من خلال دراسة تطبيقية قائمة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحليلالنتائج من خلال الاعتماد -في المرحلة الأولى- على أسلوب المقابلة لتحديد المعالم الأساسية للإستراتيجية المالية والقرارات الماليةللمؤسسة محل الدراسة، ثم استخدام القوائم المالية لتحليل وتقييم قراري الاستثمار والتمويل والأداء المالي في المؤسسة. ولمناقشةطبيعة العلاقة بين المتغيرات التابعة المختارة والمعبرة عن الأداء المالي والمتغيرات المستقلة المعبرة عن الإستراتيجية المالية، في المرحلةالثانية تم استخدام نموذج الانحدار الخطي المتعدد، وباستخدام برامج التحليل الإحصائي(SPSS)،(Eviews). ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: اعتماد مؤسسة رغوة الجنوب خلال الفترة (2013-2018) علىإستراتيجية مالية تقليدية من خلال سياسة الاستثمار وسياسة التمويل، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة طردية ذات دلالةإحصائية بين القدرة على التمويل الذاتي وحجم الاستثمار كمتغير مستقل والمردودية الاقتصادية كمتغير تابع.

This study aims to analyze and evaluate the entrepriseEnterprise's financial strategy and discuss the impact of this strategy on the organization's financial performance during the period )2013-2018(. That is through an applied study based on analytical descriptive approach to analyzing results by relying on, the first stage, interviewing method to identify key parameters of the financial strategy and decisions of the enterprise in contemplation, and then using the financial statements to analyze and evaluate the investment, finance, and financial performance decisions of the enterprise. Then, to discuss the nature of the relationship between the selected variables that refers to financial performance and the independant variables that refers to the financial strategy, in the second phase the multiple linear regression model was used, using statistical analysis programs (SPSS), (Eviews). One of the most important findings of the study is the adoption of the South Foam Enterprise (2013-2018). on a traditional financial strategy through investment policy and finance policy, the study also found a statistical correlation between self-financing capacity and investment size as an independant
