Abstract: This study aimed at exploring self-efficacy beliefs in entrepreneurship for students. A descriptive research design was used to achieve the objective of the study. The sample consisted of (691) students representing grades 10 and 11 in schools of (5) educational governorates in the Sultanate of Oman. Results of exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses revealed a scale consisting of (14) items divided into two factors: self-confidence and perseverance. Results also showed that students possess high levels of self-efficacy beliefs in entrepreneurship. The results revealed no statistically significant differences among students on the self-efficacy beliefs in entrepreneurship with respect to gender, grade level, and their interaction. The study ended with a number of recommendations such as the possibility of utilizing the scale developed in the current study for developing students’ self-efficacy beliefs in entrepreneurship and conducting other studies to verify the applicability of the scale for other samples.
