كفايات التدريـس وعلاقتها بالتفاعـــل الصفـــي لدى عينة من أساتذة اللغـــة الفرنسيـــــة ببعض متوسطات مدينة ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مستوى كفايات التدريس لدى أساتذة اللغة الفرنسية وعلاقتها بالتفاعل الصفي في مرحلة التعليم المتوسط وهذا في بعض متوسطات مدينة ورقلة ومنه تم طرح التساؤلات التالية: - ما مستوى كفايات التدريس لدى أساتذة اللغة الفرنسية؟ - هل توجد علاقة بين كفايات التدريس والتفاعل الصفي لدى أساتذة اللغة الفرنسية؟ - هل يختلف التفاعل الصفي لدى أساتذة اللغة الفرنسية وتلاميذهم حسب المستوى التعليمي للأساتذة (ليسانس، ماستر)؟ - هل يختلف التفاعل الصفي لدى أساتذة اللغة الفرنسية وتلاميذهم حسب نوع التكوين(جامعي،المدرسة العليا للأساتذة)؟ - هل يختلف التفاعل الصفي لدى أساتذة اللغة الفرنسية وتلاميذهم حسب الخبرة المهنية؟ * وتوقعت الدراسة الحالية من خلال الدراسات السابقة وتصورات الطالبتين أن فرضيات الدراسة تكون كما يلي: - مستوى كفايات التدريس لدى أساتذة اللغة الفرنسية منخفض. - توجد علاقة بين كفايات التدريس والتفاعل الصفي لدى أساتذة اللغة الفرنسية . - يختلف التفاعل الصفي لدى أساتذة اللغة الفرنسية وتلاميذهم حسب المستوى التعليمي للأساتذة (ليسانس، ماستر). - يختلف التفاعل الصفي لدى أساتذة اللغة الفرنسية وتلاميذهم حسب نوع التكوين(جامعي،المدرسة العليا للأساتذة. - يختلف التفاعل الصفي لدى أساتذة اللغة الفرنسية وتلاميذهم حسب الخبرة المهنية. وللإجابة عن التساؤلات اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي المناسب لطبيعة موضوع دراستنا، واختيرت العينة بطريقة قصدية تمثلت في أساتذة اللغة الفرنسية بمرحلة التعليم المتوسط،وقد اعتمدنا في جمع البيانات على استبيانين، استبيان لقياس كفايات التدريس والآخر لقياس التفاعل الصفي تم بنائهما من طرف الطالبتين والتأكد من خصائصه السيكومترية. ومنه نتوقع بعض النتائج التالية: - مستوى كفايات التدريس لدى أساتذة اللغة الفرنسية منخفض. - توجد علاقة بين كفايات التدريس والتفاعل الصفي لدى أساتذة اللغة الفرنسية . - يختلف التفاعل الصفي لدى أساتذة اللغة الفرنسية وتلاميذهم حسب المستوى التعليمي للأساتذة (ليسانس، ماستر). - يختلف التفاعل الصفي لدى أساتذة اللغة الفرنسية وتلاميذهم حسب نوع التكوين(جامعي،المدرسة العليا للأساتذة). - يختلف التفاعل الصفي لدى أساتذة اللغة الفرنسية وتلاميذهم حسب الخبرة المهنية

The current study aims to identify the level of teaching competencies of French language professors and their relationship to classroom interaction in the intermediate education stage, and this is in some averages of the city of ouargla,from which the following questions were asked: -What is the level of teaching competencies among French language professors? - teaching and classroom interaction among French language professors? - Does the classroom interaction of French professors and their students differ according to the teachers, educational level(bachelors, masters)? - Does classroom interaction differ among French language teachers and their students according to the type of training(university,highschool for teachers)? - Does the classroom interaction of French professors and their pupils differ according to professional experience? The current study suggested through previous studies and the students perceptions that the study hypotheses are as follows: -The level of teaching competencies among French language professors is low. -There is a Relationship between competencies classroom teaching and interaction among French language teachers. -Classroom interaction varies among french professors and their students according to the teachers educational level(BA.MA). Classroom interaction varies among french language professors .- -The classroom interaction of french professors and their students varies according to professional experience. To answer the questions ,we followed th descriptive correlational approach appropriate to the nature of our study subject,and the sample random way represented by French language professors at a stage lntermediate education,and we relied on collecting data on two questionnaires,one questionnaire to measure teaching competencies and the other to measure classroom interaction,which were built by the two students and verify its psychometric property. From this we suggested some of the following results: The current study suggested through previous studies and the students perceptions that the study hypotheses are as follows: -The level of teaching competencies among French language professors is low. -There is a Relationship between competencies classroom teaching and interaction among French language teachers. -Classroom interaction varies among french professors and their students according to the teachers educational level(BA.MA).
