L’usage de la langue française au sein de la Direction de l’Urbanisme de l’Architecture et de la Construction Cas de la D.U.A.C de Ouargla

Abstract

Notre étude, nous mène à des conclusions à propos de l’usage des deux langues l’arabe et le français dans le milieu professionnel. La langue arabe qui est « officielle » n’est pas encore généralisée dans le domaine professionnel notamment dans la DUAC qui est en rapport direct avec l’architecture en dépit de son rôle plus ou moins intéressant. L’arabe cède donc sa place au français dans plusieurs documents à cause de la formation subie en français dans le domaine de l’architecture. D’autres part le français parait plus dynamique pour la majorité des Employés. L’usage du français, continue d’exister dans une institution publique, appartenant à l’Etat : l’organisme d’architecture et d’urbanisme de Ouargla est un exemple qui dévoile cette réalité.

Our study leads us to conclusions about the use of the two languages Arabic and French in the workplace. The Arabic language which is "official" is not yet generalized in the professional field, especially in the DUAC which is directly related to architecture despite its more or less interesting role. Arabic therefore gives way to French in several documents because of the training received in French in the field of architecture. On the other hand, French seems more dynamic for the majority of Employees. The use of French continues to exist in a public institution, belonging to the State: the organization of architecture and town planning of Ouargla is an example which reveals this reality.
