الذكاء الانفعالــــي وعلاقتـــه بأساليــب الإشــــراف دراسة ميدانية على عينة من مديري المؤسسات التربوية بمدينة تقرت

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحاليةإلىالكشف عنالعـــــلاقة بينالذكــاء الانفعالـــــي وأساليب الإشراف ، والفروق في الذكـــاء الانفعالي وأساليب الإشراف باختـــــــــلاف الجنس ، والمستــــوى التعليمي ، وسنوات الخبرةلدى مديري المؤسسات التربوية بمدينة تقرت. ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف أعتمد على المنهج الوصفي ، وتم استخدام مقياس الذكاء الانفعالي لمايروسالوفي (1997) ، ومقياس الأساليب الإشرافية المعدل لشفاء محمد العدوان وبعد التأكد من الخصائص السيكومترية لأدوات الدراسة تم تطبيقها على عينة ميسرة تكونت من (100) مديرا ومديرة . حيثتمحورتحولهالتساؤلاتالتالية: - هل توجد علاقة ارتباطيه بين الذكاء الانفعالي و أساليب الإشراف المتبعة من طرف المديرين لدى المؤسسات التربوية بمدينة تقرت ؟ -هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الذكاء الانفعالي باختلاف الجنس(ذكور .إناث) ؟ _ هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في أساليب الإشراف باختلاف الجنس(ذكور .إناث) ؟ -هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الذكاء الانفعالي باختلاف المستوى التعليمي جامعي فأكثر وثانوي فأقل؟ -هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في أساليب الإشراف باختلاف المستوى التعليمي جامعي فأكثر وثانوي فأقل؟ -هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الذكاء الانفعالي باختلاف سنوات الخبرة من 5سنوات فأقل والأكثر من 5سنوات ؟ -هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في أساليب الإشراف باختلاف سنوات الخبرة من 5سنوات فأقل والأكثر من 5سنوات ؟

كماتمتحليلنتائجالدراسةبالاعتمادعلىبرنامج (Spss25)،حيث استخدام معاملالارتباط بیرسون واختبار 'ت' لدلالة الفروق.وكانت النتائج المتحصل عليها كما يلي: ــــــ توجد علاقة بين الذكاء الانفعالي وأساليب الإشراف لدى مديري المؤسسات التربوية . -لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الذكاء الانفعالي باختلاف الجنس(ذكور .إناث)،و المستوى التعليمي، وسنوات الخبرة. ـــــــ لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في أساليب الإشراف باختلاف الجنس(ذكور .إناث)،و المستوى التعليمي، وسنوات الخبرة.

The present study aims to reveal the relationship between emotional intelligence and supervision methods, and the differences in emotional intelligence and supervision methods according to the difference of gender, educational level, and years of experience of managers of educational institutions in the city of Tikrt. To achieve these goals, he relied on the descriptive approach, and the Emotional Intelligence Scale was used by Miro Salovey (1997), and the Modified Supervisory Methods Scale for Healing Muhammad Aggression and after verifying the psychometric properties of the study tools, they were applied to a facilitated sample of (100) managers and managers ,As the following questions revolved around him :-Is there a correlative relationship between emotional intelligence and the methods of supervision used by managers at educational institutions in Tikrit city ?-Are there statistically significant differences in emotional intelligence according to gender (males, females? ( _Are there statistically significant differences in the methods of supervision according to the sex (males and females ?(-Are there statistically significant differences in emotional intelligence according to the educational level, university or secondary, or less ?-Are there statistically significant differences in the methods of supervision with different educational level, university or more, secondary or less ?Are there statistically significant differences in emotional intelligence with different years of experience of 5 years or less and more than 5 years ?-Are there statistically significant differences in supervision methods with different yearsof experience of 5 years or less and more than 5 years ?The results of the study were also analyzed depending on the program (Spss25), whereby the Pearson correlation coefficient and the 'T' test were used to indicate the differences. The results obtained were as follows : There is a relationship between emotional intelligence and supervisory methods of educational institutions managers .-There are no statistically significant differences in emotional intelligence according to gender (males and females),educational level, and years of experience .-There are no statistically significant differences in the methods of supervision according to the gender (males and females), educational level, and years of experience .
