صعوبات تطبيق التقويم المستمر لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي. (دراسة استكشافية على عينة من أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي بولاية ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أبرز صعوبات تطبيق التقويم المستمر لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي لولاية ورقلة في ضوء متغير (الجنس- التخصص- التكوين- الأقدمية), بحيث يتمحور التساؤل العام للبحث: "ماهي أبرز الصعوبات تطبيق تقويم المستمر التي تواجه أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي؟ وصيغت التساؤلات الجزئية كالآتي: - هل تختلف صعوبات تطبيق التقويم المستمر لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي حسب الجنس ؟ - هل تختلف صعوبات تطبيق التقويم المستمر لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي حسب التخصص؟ - هل تختلف صعوبات تطبيق التقويم المستمر لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي حسب التكوين شهادة ليسانس شهادة الماستر شهادة ماجيستير ؟ - هل تختلف صعوبات تطبيق التقويم المستمر لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي حسب الأقدمية ؟ وقد إعتمادنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي وذلك باستعمال استبيان صعوبات تطبيق التقويم المستمر لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي المعد من طرف الباحثتان, وقد ثم التأكد من صلاحية الأداة من خلال دراسة خصائصها السيكومترية حيث ثم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية بسيطة بلغت 60 أستاذ وأستاذة من مختلف إبتدائيات ولاية ورقلة, وتم معالجة النتائج كميا باستخدام اختبار"ت" وتحليل التباين, وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: 1- أبرز صعوبات تطبيق التقويم المستمر لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي تكمن في عدم كفاية الوقت المخصص للحصة وكثافة عدد التلاميذ في القسم. 2- لا تختلف صعوبات تطبيق التقويم المستمر لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي حسب الجنس. 3- لا تختلف صعوبات تطبيق التقويم المستمر لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي حسب التخصص. 4- لا تختلف صعوبات تطبيق التقويم المستمر لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي حسب التكوين. 5- لا تختلف صعوبات تطبيق التقويم المستمر لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي حسب الأقدمية.

The aim of this study is to learn the most important difficulties in applying the continuous evaluation of the teachers of primary education in the light of a variable (gender, specialization, seniority), so that the general question of research is: "What are the most important difficulties in applying the continuous evaluation of the teachers of primary education? The partial questions were as follows: - do the difficulties of applying the continuous assessment of primary education teachers vary by sex? – are the difficulties of applying the ongoing assessment of primary education teachers different by specialization? – are the difficulties of applying the continuous assessment of primary education teachers different depending on the configuration of the Master's degree degree degree degree Masters degree? – are the difficulties of applying the ongoing assessment of primary education teachers different by seniority? The study also examined the application of the study's methods of exploratory profiling using the questionnaire of the difficulties of applying the continuous evaluation of the researchers' primary education professors, and then verifying the validity of the tool by examining its cycometric characteristics and applying it to a simple random sample of 80 Professor and Professor from various Warkleen State primary schools, the results were treated quantitatively using the T test and the contrast analysis, and the study reached a number of findings, the most important of which are: 1-The main difficulties in applying the continuous evaluation of primary education teachers are the insufficient time allocated to the quota and the high number of pupils in the department. 2-The difficulties of applying the continuous assessment of primary education teachers do not vary by sex. 3- difficulties in applying continuous assessment to primary education teachers do not vary by specialization. 4- difficulties with applying continuous assessment to primary education teachers do not vary by configuration. 5. The difficulties of applying the continuous assessment of primary education teachers do not vary by seniority.
