Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى الكشف عن العلاقة بين الحراك الاجتماعي وهوية الادارة بالمؤسسة الجزائرية بحيث انطلقت الباحثة من التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: ماهي تداعيات الحراك الاجتماعي بالمؤسسة العمومية بلدية عين البيضاء ورقلة؟ واندرجت تحت التساؤل الرئيسي التساؤلات التالية : -هل لعلاقة الموظف بالمواطن دور في تشكيل هوية المؤسسة؟ -هل لتغيير المسؤولين او الغاء ادوارهم علاقة بتشكيل هوية المؤسسة؟ هل تؤدي العدالة في توزيع المشاريع الى تشكيل هوية المؤسسة؟ واعتمدت هذه الدراسة :على المنهج الوصفي،وكان مجتمع البحث عمال بلدية عين البيضاء بورقلة باستخدام المقابلة لجمع البيانات. الا أنه وبسب وباء كورنا وفرض الحجري بالجزائر وبالولاية –ورقلة- لم تتم الدراسة وبالتالي اعتمدنا على الجانب المفاهيمي للمتغيرين ..

The present study aims to reveal the relationship between social mobility and the identity of management in the Algerian institution So that the researcher proceeded from the following main question: What are the repercussions of the social movement in the public institution, the municipality of Ain Al-Bayda and Ouargla? And the main question included the following questions: Does the employee's relationship with the citizen have a role in shaping the corporate identity? Does changing the officials or canceling their roles have anything to do with shaping the identity of the institution? Does fairness in the distribution of projects lead to the formation of the identity of the institution? This study was based on the descriptive approach, and the research community was municipal workers
