فعالية الخدمات الاجتماعية العمالية في المؤسسة الإقتصادية دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة OPGI بـــورقلة

Abstract

تسعى هذه الدراسة المعنونة ب: مدى فعالية الخدمات الاجتماعية العمالية في المؤسسة الإقتصادية ب opgi ورقلة. وقد استندت على الكلمات المفتاحية التالية: فعالية الخدمات الاجتماعية، العمال، المؤسسة الإقتصادية. وتمحورت الدراسة في تساؤل رئيسي تمثل في: ما مدى فعالية الخدمات الاجتماعية المقدمة لعمال مؤسسة opgi ورقلة ؟ وللإجابة على هذا التساؤل تم طرح مجموعة من الأسئلة الفرعية تمثلت في: هل تساهم الخدمات الاجتماعية العمالية في توفير الجانب الصحي للعامل؟ هل تساهم الخدمات الاجتماعية العمالية في توفير الجانب الاجتماعي للعامل؟ هل العمال راضون عن ما تقدمه لهم الخدمات الاجتماعية من خدمات ؟ وقد شملت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من 80 مبحوثا من موظفي مؤسسة opgi، تم اختيارهم عن طريق عينة طبقية ولإجراء هذه الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، لوصف وتحليل الظاهرة. وللإجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة اعتمدنا على دليل المقابلة لجمع البيانات اللازمة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: - لا تساهم الخدمات الاجتماعية العمالية في توفير الجانب الصحي للعامل - تساهم الخدمات الإجتماعية العمالية في توفير الجانب الإجتماعي للعامل إلى حد ما. - العمال غير راضون عن ماتقدمه لهم الخدمات الإجتماعية من خدمات .

This study attempts to shed light on the efficacy of the social services devoted to the workers of the economical association of opgi inouargla. Key terms were focused on: Social services, economical association more over, this study spot light on a primary question: How much is the efficacy of the social services presented to the workers of opgiouargla? In order to answer this primary question some addition al question were asked: - Does social services contribute in providing health care for the workers? - Are the workers satisfied with the social services presented to them? - Are the workers satisfied with the Social services provided to them? This study was conducted on 80 informants from the workers of opgi who who were chosen randomly according to their level the descriptive method was applied to describe and analyse the phenomenon the interview technique was relied on in oder to collect the necessary information. The findings were as follows: - The workers Social services do not contribute in providing health care to the workers. - The workers Social services contribute in providing some social services to the workers. - The workers are not satisfied with The social services provided to them.
