Le désert dans le texte d’Isabelle Eberhardt « Dans l’ombre chaude de l’Islam»

Abstract

Français Notre étude se porte sur l’imaginaire du désert dans la littérature de voyage. Le texte Dans l’ombre chaude de l’Islam d’Eberhardt Isabelle est notre champ d’étude où l’espace désertique a plusieurs images, mille tours d’esprit et des belles formules qui traversent les temps et remplissent ainsi l’espace immense entre l’insolite et le dramatique et le nomadisme. Notre but est bien savoir comment le germe de désert peut offrir des décores et des clés à lire. Lire les motivations qui poussent l’écrivaine à se mettre dans ce monde étrange comme source d’inspiration, de sensation et d’attachement. Il nous parait primordial, de jeter un coup d’œil sur sa biographie pour comprendre sa vision du monde et se justifier par la suite dans ce choix d’écriture. Un choix qui nous pousse, en deuxième lieu à mettre l’accent sur les différentes lectures de cet espace désertique décrit. Cette lecture thématique nous permis de dire que le désert a dévoilé un horizon de recherches où la tension entre le texte référentiel et l’imaginaire est palpable.

Abstract Our study focuses on the imaginary of the desert in travel literature. The text In the warm shadow of Islam by Eberhardt Isabelle is our field of study where the deserted space has several images, a thousand turns of mind and beautiful formulas that cross time and thus fill the immense space between the unusual and the dramatic and nomadic. Our goal is to know how the desert germ can offer decorations and keys to read. Read the motivations that lead the writer to enter this strange world as a source of inspiration, sensation and attachment. It seems essential to us to take a look at his biography in order to understand his vision of the world and then justify himself in this choice of writing. A choice that pushes us, in the second place, to emphasize the different readings of this described desert space. This thematic reading allows us to say that the desert has revealed a horizon of research where the tension between the referential text and the imaginary is palpable.

الملخص تركز دراستنا على خيال الصحراء في أدب الرحلات. النص في الظلال الساخنة للإسلام لإبرهاردت إيزابيل هو مجال دراستنا حيث تحتوي المساحة المهجورة على عدة صور وألف دورة ذهنية وصيغ جميلة تعبر الزمن وبالتالي تملأ الفراغ الهائل بين غير العادي والدرامي والرحل. هدفنا هو معرفة كيف يمكن لجرثومة الصحراء أن تقدم زينة ومفاتيح للقراءة. اقرأ الدوافع التي دفعت الكاتب لدخول هذا العالم الغريب كمصدر للإلهام والإحساس والتعلق. يبدو من الضروري لنا أن نلقي نظرة على سيرته الذاتية من أجل فهم رؤيته للعالم ومن ثم تبرير نفسه في هذا الاختيار للكتابة. خيار يدفعنا ، في المقام الثاني ، للتأكيد على القراءات المختلفة لهذه المساحة الصحراوية الموصوفة. تسمح لنا هذه القراءة الموضوعية بالقول إن الصحراء كشفت أفقًا للبحث حيث يكون التوتر بين النص المرجعي والخيال واضحًا.
