نمط الإشراف و انعكاسه على العدالة التنظيمية (دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة توزيع الكهرباء و الغاز بولاية ورقلة)

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة على كيفية انعكاس نمط الإشراف على العدالة التنظيمية بالمؤسسة , حيث تمت الدراسة في مؤسسة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بولاية ورقلة, والتي يبلغ عدد العمال فيها 40 عامل, حيث تم اختيار المسح الشامل وذلك للإلمام بجميع المبحوثين. واعتمدنا في دراستنا هذه على التساؤل العام التالي : - كيف ينعكس نمط الإشراف على العدالة التنظيمية في مؤسسة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بولاية ورقلة؟ وتتفرع عنه ثلاثة أسئلة فرعية : - هل يساهم نمط الإشراف الديمقراطي في عدالة التعاملات لدى مؤسسة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بولاية ورقلة ؟ - هل يؤثر نمط الإشراف التسلطي في عدالة التوزيع داخل مؤسسة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بولاية ورقلة؟ - كيف يؤثر نمط الإشراف الفوضوي على عدالة الإجراءات لدى مؤسسة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بولاية ورقلة ؟ لقد اتبعنا مجموعة من الإجراءات المنهجية في هذه الدراسة مبتدئين بالمنهج الوصفي الذي يناسب دراستنا هذه , واعتمدنا في جمع البيانات على استمارة الاستبيان , وتم توقع نتائج هذه الدراسة بالاستعانة على الدراسات السابقة التي لها علاقة بموضوع الدراسة , حيث توصلت توقعات الدراسة إلى أن نمط الإشراف له دور كبير وانعكاس مهم في رفع مستوى العدالة التنظيمية داخل المؤسسة مما يساهم في ضمان استقرار المؤسسة وبلوغ أهدافها المنشودة

This study aims at how the style of supervision is reflected on organizational justice in the organization, as the study was conducted in the Electricity and Gas Distribution Corporation in the wilaya of Ouargla, in which the number of workers is 40 workers. The comprehensive survey was chosen for the familiarity of all the respondents. In our study, we relied on the following general question: How is the pattern of supervising organizational justice reflected in the Electricity and Gas Distribution Corporation in the wilaya of Ouargla? It is divided into three sub-questions: Does the democratic supervision pattern contribute to fair transactions at the Electricity and Gas Distribution Corporation in the wilaya of Ouargla? Does the style of authoritarian supervision affect the fairness of distribution within the Electricity and Gas Distribution Corporation in the wilaya of Ouargla? How does the chaotic pattern of supervision affect the fairness of procedures at the Electricity and Gas Distribution Corporation in the wilaya of Ouargla? We have followed a set of methodological procedures in this study, beginning with the descriptive approach that suits our study, and we adopted in collecting data on the questionnaire form, and the results of this study were anticipated with the help of previous studies related to the subject of the study, where the expectations of the study concluded that the style of supervision has a role A large and important reflection in raising the level of organizational justice within the organization, which contributes to ensuring the stability of the institution and achieving its desired goals.
