Abstract

جاءت الدراسة الحالية و المتمثلة في الأصل الاجتماعي للمرأة العاملة في التعليم و هويتها الاجتماعية و الثقافية والمهنية والتي تهدف إلى معرفة العلاقة بين أصلها الاجتماعي وهويتها وانتهت بتساؤل رئيسي:هل توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الأصل الاجتماعي للمرأة العاملة في التعليم وهويتها؟ وللإجابة عن هذا التساؤل اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي المراد من خلاله التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة "الأصل الاجتماعي" والهوية الاجتماعية والثقافية والمهنية للمرأة العاملة في التعليم", كما تم تحديد أداة الدراسة والتي تم تحديدها وفق لطبيعة الموضوع والمتمثلة في الاستمارة مقسمة إلى أربع محاور منها 03 محاور أساسية موجهة لعينة من النساء العاملات بقطاع التعليم والتي اختيرت بطريقة قصدية تكونت من 37 مفردة من ثلاث أنماط عمرانية ..
