الموت الرحيم بين البيوإتيقا والدين

Abstract

يعد الموضوع المتناول في هذه الدراسة من أهم المواضيع المعاصرة و المستجدة ومن المسائل التي تمس حياة الإنسان . وتبرز أهميته من خلال إبراز الأحكام الدينية و البيوإتيقية التي تناولتها الدراسة وتوضيحها لأهمية الكبيرة لحياة الإنسان وهذا من خلال تجرمها وتحريمها لمسألة الموت الرحيم , رغم وجود بعض المؤيدين .وتعد مسالة الموت الرحيم او يطلق عليها أيضا بالقتل بدافع الشفقة من المواضيع الهامة والمستجدة التي برزت في سبعينيات القرن العشرين , حيث أن المريض الميئوس من شفائه والذي طالت آلامه في ظل عدم وجود وتوفر الشفاء يمارس عليه أحد انواع وصور الموت الرحيم وذلك لعدة أسباب .فصارت هذه القضية من المسائل المهة المعاصرة لأنها تتعلق بالحياة الإنسانية
