البيوإتيقا: مشكلاتها و أبعادها

Abstract

 إن الموضوع الأساسي للبيوإتيقا يتلخص في البحوث البيولوجية التي تهدد مستقبل الكائنات الحية عامة و النوع البشري على وجه الخصوص، و انطلاقا من هذه المواضيع كان لها مجالات واضحة و مبادئ مؤطرة بغية .  اتخذ كل من الدين و القانون و كذا الفلسفة مواقفهم من إشكالات البيوإتيقا: أما الدين فاتخذ من النصوص المنزلة أقوى حجة للتأطير الأخلاقي للبيولوجيا، في حين كان للقانون كلمته التشريعية في صورة مواد دستورية واضحة، و كان للنقد البناء و المناقشة الحرة دوره البالغ في اعادة النظر في هذه القضايا و الفضل في ذلك يعود للفلسفة.

This search aims to define Bioethic as a new topic especially in our univercity Qasdy Merbeh, and broaching to the most important problems and current ethical issues, also stop at point of views of jusists, men of law and philosophers in tangled issues, its importance turns out into input in philosophical and ethical turning Biology results, it also opens a large field to science searching freedom and helps to know the philosophical and axiological side of of Biology searches and that’s what its absent another searches. The search contains introduction, three chapters and conclusion, the introduction included the basics features of the topic, the general problematic and secondary questions, it also contains the plan. The first chapter titled by: Ethics and Bioethic: setting and specifying, then the second one titled by: Bioethics problems, and the last chapter is: Bioethic between Religion, Law, and philosophy, and finally conclusion which contains results and recommendations. The researcher used the synthetic analytics method, and reaches to the following results: -bioethic is a practical ethical search which specializes in processing issues that resultant of biological practices which sorted by new techniques, and what it could result as issues that intimidates humanity life and nature, it passed by three periods to attained what is it now. -The main topic of Bioethics is in biological searches which intimidates the future of organisins in general and specially human type, according to these topics it had a clear fields and framed principles. -Religion, Law, and philosophy had determined there opinion from Bioethic problematic: Religion had the word of God as a strog argument in front of these issues, while Law had his words as constitutional items, on the other hand Philosophy take the constrictive criticism as a successful style.
