Activités biologiques des différents extraits d’Oudneya africana

Abstract

Les plantes spontanées du Sahara ce caractérisent par des capacités d’adaptation particulières qui luis permettent de se développer dans un milieu rude et désertique. Comme de nombreuses plantes sahariennes, Oudneya africana (Brassicaceae), est particulièrement intéressante du point de vue thérapeutique ; plusieurs études ethnobotaniques ont mentionné l’utilisation de cette espèce dans le traitement de différents problèmes de la santé (diabète, maladies dermatologiques encontre la piqure de scorpion). Quelques études expérimentales notoires ont pu mettre en exergue les propriétés biologiques dont antidiabétiques, anti-oxydantes et antimicrobiennes. Anti-inflammatoire des extraits de cette plante. Suite aux résultats des travaux réalisés sur cette espèce végétale, Oudneyaafricana est riche en différents groupes de métabolites secondaires, ce qui donne à cette plante une grande importance pharmacologique et un objet des travaux de recherches

The spontaneous plants of the Sahara are characterized by special adaptation capacities which allow them to develop in a harsh and desert environment. Like many Saharan plants, Oudneyaafricana (Brassicaceae), is particularly interesting from a therapeutic point of view; several ethno botanical studies have mentioned the use of this species in the treatment of various health problems (diabetes, dermatological diseases and against scorpion sting) . Some significant experimental studies have been able to highlight the biological properties including anti-diabetics, anti-oxidants, anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory extracts from this plant. Following the results of the work carried out on this plant species, Oudneyaafricana is rich in different groups of secondary metabolites, which gives this plant great pharmacological importance and an object of research work
