Étude de la composante variétale des céréales d’hiver cultivées à Ouargla

Abstract

L’objectif de ce travail est de connaître la composante variétales des céréales d’hiver a Ouargla et son évolution .notre méthode est basée sur une recherche bibliographique sur le thème en Algérie, dans le Sahara et à Ouargla, cumulée aux enquêtes technico-administrative au niveau de la DSA.CCLS,ITGC, INRAA de Touggourt. A partir de résultats obtenus on peut dire que Ouargla avait des variétés des céréales d’hiver locales assez performantes et adaptées aux conditions de la région tel que El Krouf et Bouchouka,. Le développement de la céréaliculture sous pivots a fait que Ouargla est désormais alimentée en matériel végétal venant du nord de l’Algérie, voire des zones arides du monde à l’instar des USA tel que Waha, Westbred et Uc476, ce qui constitue une grave menace aux variétés locales devenues rares. Le travail de recherche réalisé par l’INRA de Touggourt peut être élargi pour toucher d’autres variétés locales avec la participation des institutions spécialisées notamment les universités. The objective of this work is to know the varietal component of winter cereals in Ouargla and its evolution. Our methodis based on a bibliographical research on the subject in Algeria, in the Sahara and in Ouargla, combined witht echnicaladministrative surveys. at the level of the DSA.CCLS, ITGC, INRAA of Touggourt. From the results obtained, we cansay that Ouargla had fairly efficient local winter cereal variety is adapted to the conditions of the region, such as El Kroufand Bouchouka. The development of cereal cultivation under pivots has meant that Ouargla is now supplied with plantmaterial from northern Algeria, even from arid zones of the world like the USA such as Waha, West bred and Uc476,which constitutes a serious threat to local varieties that have become rare. The research work carried out by INRA inTouggourt can be extended to reach other local varieties with the participation of specialized institutions, in particular universities. اﻟﮭﺪف ﻣﻦ ھﺬا اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ھﻮ ﻣﻌﺮﻓﺔ اﻟﻤﻜﻮﻧﺎت اﻟﻤﺘﻨﻮﻋﺔ ﻟﻠﺤﺒﻮب اﻟﺸﺘﻮﯾﺔ ﻓﻲ ورﻗﻠﺔ وﺗﻄﻮرھﺎ ، وﺗﻌﺘﻤﺪ طﺮﯾﻘﺘﻨﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺑﺤﺚ ﺑﺒﻠﯿﻮﻏﺮاﻓﻲ ﺣﻮل ھﺬا اﻟﻤﻮﺿﻮع ﻓﻲ اﻟﺠﺰاﺋﺮ واﻟﺼﺤﺮاء وﻓﻲ ورﻗﻠﺔ, اﺿﺎﻓﺔ إﻟﻰ اﻻﺳﺘﺒﯿﺎﻧﺎت اﻟﺘﻘﻨﯿﺔ اﻹدارﯾﺔ. ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺴﺘﻮى ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺔ اﻟﻤﺼﺎﻟﺢ اﻟﻔﻼﺣﯿﺔ ﺗﻌﺎوﻧﯿﺔ اﻟﺤﺒﻮب واﻟﺒﻘﻮﻟﯿﺎت اﻟﺠﺎﻓﺔ اﻟﻤﻌﮭﺪ اﻟﺘﻘﻨﻲ ﻟﻠﺰراﻋﺎت اﻟﻜﺒﺮى اﻟﻤﻌﮭﺪ اﻟﻮطﻨﻲ ﻟﻠﺒﺤﺚ اﻟﺰراﻋﻲ اﻧﻄﻼﻗﺎ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻨﺘﺎﺋﺞ اﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻢ اﻟﺤﺼﻮل ﻋﻠﯿﮭﺎ ، ﯾﻤﻜﻨﻨﺎ اﻟﻘﻮل أن ورﻗﻠﺔ ﻟﺪﯾﮭﺎ أﺻﻨﺎف ﺣﺒﻮب ﺷﺘﻮﯾﺔ ﻣﺤﻠﯿﺔ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﺔ إﻟﻰ ﺣﺪ ﻣﺎ ﺗﺘﻜﯿﻒ ﻣﻊ ظﺮوف اﻟﻤﻨﻄﻘﺔ ، ﻣﺜﻞ اﻟﻜﺮوﻓﻮﺑﻮﺷﻮﻛﺔ. أدى ﺗﻄﻮﯾﺮ زراﻋﺔ اﻟﺤﺒﻮب ﻋﻠﻰ أﺳﺎس اﻟﻤﺤﺎور إﻟﻰ ﺗﺰوﯾﺪ ورﻗﻠﺔ اﻵن ﺑﻤﻮاد ﻧﺒﺎﺗﯿﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺷﻤﺎل اﻟﺠﺰاﺋﺮ ، ﺣﺘﻰ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻤﻨﺎطﻖ اﻟﻘﺎﺣﻠﺔ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻌﺎﻟﻢ ﻣﺜﻞ اﻟﻮﻻﯾﺎت اﻟﻤﺘﺤﺪة ﻣﺜﻞ اﻟﻮاﺣﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺗﻘﺮت ﻟﻠﻮﺻﻮل إﻟﻰ أﺻﻨﺎف ﻣﺤﻠﯿﺔ INRA ﻟﻸﺻﻨﺎف اﻟﻤﺤﻠﯿﺔ اﻟﺘﻲ أﺻﺒﺤﺖ ﻧﺎدرة. ﯾﻤﻜﻦ ﺗﻮﺳﯿﻊ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ اﻟﺒﺤﺜﻲ اﻟﺬي ﺗﻘﻮم ﺑﮫ ، وﯾﺴﺘﺒﺮﯾﺪ أﺧﺮى ﺑﻤﺸﺎرﻛﺔ اﻟﻤﺆﺳﺴﺎت اﻟﻤﺘﺨﺼﺼﺔ ، وﻻ ﺳﯿﻤﺎ اﻟﺠﺎﻣﻌﺎت. ﯾﺠﺐ اﻟﻘﯿﺎم ﺑﺬﻟﻚ ﻟﻠﺤﻔﺎظ ﻋﻠﻰ ھﺬه اﻷﺻﻨﺎف اﻟﻤﺤﻠﯿﺔ ، ﻟﻠﺤﻔﺎظ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺨﺼﺎﺋﺺ اﻷﺳﺎﺳﯿﺔ ﻟﮭﺬا اﻟﺘﺮاث اﻟﺠﯿﻨﻲ اﻟﺼﻌﺐ ﺑﺎﻟﻔﻌﻞ e.
