The legal system for providing tourist real estate in Algeria

Abstract

Tourist real estate has many advantages which make it exploitable in tourism, and it falls within tourist areas,areas of tourism expansion protected areas within the tourism preparation plan. We aim through this study to determine its types and to identify the methods of its formation and the staff in charge of running it. In order to achieve development plans according to the curriculum descriptive analytical. One of the most important results is the necessity of cleansing the tourism real estate and develop it to achieve sustainable development and attract national and foreign tourist.
