dc.description.abstractThe study deals with the administrative control over the appendix of the complementary services of public works transaction for municipality, the latter resorting to concluding this type of appendix when introducing new services that are not included in the initial transaction conditions, but relates to its subject matter by taking into account specific controls and conditions stipulated for in articles 136 to 139 of presidential decree No. 15/247, regulating public transactions and public service delegations. The draft of this appendix is project to the control of the municipal people's assembly by deliberation and for the probate control exercised by the governor, in addition to tribal external control by the municipal committee for transactions when the financial value of the complementary works services exceeds 10% of the initial amount of the transaction in order to verify its compliance with the legislative and regulatory provisions and the protection of public funds.en_US
