Abstract:	This research aims at studying the effectiveness of Law 06-01 on the prevention and control of corruption and combating crimes of public transactions, we have touched the extent of efficiency of the most important measures adopted explicitly to combat, criminalize and penalize such crimes. In this study, we have relied on an analytical approach through the analysis of the legal texts of Law 06-01. The study enabled us to gather a set of valuable results that confirmed the crime-preventive policy and objectiveness of such special text of law.
