Algerian administration and modern requirements for local development

Abstract

The administration is a vital pillar in the development of any nation , it is a way to realize different programs , policies and common work in order to preserve the stability of societies . We have focused , in this study , on the administration today and the administrative work and the interaction among the Algerian society,by analyzing the reality and the problem of changes in such an administrative work as a result of past practices . We have also dealt with the relationship between the administration and the new changes, suggesting the good management of ICT to reach a real local and national development . We have also focussed on how to exploit the Algerian competencies whether in the country or abroad and the importance of digitalization
