EVALUATION DU POUVOIR ANTAGONISTE DE QUELQUES SOUCHES RHIZOBIENNES CONTRE CERTAINS CHAMPINGONS PATHOGENES DE LA LUZERNE

Abstract

Ce présent travail traite le biocontrôle de certaines maladies fongiques (Fusarium, Alternaria et Curvilaria) de la luzerne (Medicago sativa L.) par inoculation avec trois souches de Sinorhizobium meliloti (G535, E141 et O211) isolées de la même plante, dans l’exploitation agricole de l’université de Ouargla. L'inoculation par les rhizobia pour le contrôle biologique représente une alternative efficace dans la gestion et la résistance contre maladies phytopathogène

This work deals with the biocontrol of some fungal diseases (Fusarium, Alternaria and Curvilaria) of alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.) by inoculation with three strains of Sinorhizobium meliloti (G535, E141 and O211) isolated from the same plant, in the farm of the University of Ouargla. The inoculation by rhizobia for biological control represents an effective alternative in the management and resistance against phytopathogenic diseases
