Effet insecticide des deux plantes Nerium oleaner et Capparis spinosa sur la mouche blanche des serres Bemisia tabaci dans la région d’Ouargla

Abstract

L’étude réalisée porte sur l’effet insecticide l’extrait aqueux des feuilles et tiges de deux plants spontanés ''Nerium oleaner L et Capparis spinosal récoltées dans la région de Ghardaia ou sud algérienne sur les mouche blanche des serre Bemisia tabaci Des essais sur terrain ont été menés pour évaluer la puissance des extraits aqueux des deux plantes, autant que biopesticide, contre traité en mode pulvérisation directe, un dénombrement des individus de Bemisia tabaci morts est effectué tous les 24h pendant 3 jours.. ainsi fait des test phytochimique. les résultats obtenus montres de présence de Tanins ; Coumarines ; Quinones libres et les composés reducteurs. Dans les deux plantes et l’absences de Terpènoides , Stéroides et Flavonoides A.Anthoyanes Soufe les Saponosides : (Test de mousse) qui présente chez la plante Nerium oleander L. Par contre elle est absent chez Capparis spinosa L les résultats obtenus ont montré que L’extrait aqueux des feuilles et tiges des deux plantes un effet insecticide aux différentes concentrations testées (100%, 80%, 60% ,40%, 20%,10)

تأثير مبيد حشري لنبتين Nerium oleaner L و Capparis spinosa l على ذبابة بيضاء Bemisia tabaci في منطقة ورقلة تتعلق الدراسة التي أجريت بتأثير المبيد الحشري للمستخلص المائي ألوراق وسيقان نباتين عفويين Nerium oleaner L '' و l Capparis spinosa تم جمعهما في منطقة غرداية أو جنوب الجزائر على الذبابة البيضاء td في البوت البالستيكية Bemisia tabaci حيث تم إجراء تجارب ميدانية لتقييم قوة المستخلصات المائية للنباتين ، وكذلك المبيدات الحشرية ، عن طريق المعالجة بالرش المباشر ، حيث إجراء تعداد األفراد المتوفين من Bemisia tabaci كل 24 ساعة لمدة 3 أيام. اختبار الكيمياء النباتية . تظهر نتائج االختبارات الكيميائية النباتية وجود مركبات Tanins ; Coumarines ; Quinones libres et les composés reducteurs في النبتين وغياب Terpènoides , Stéroides et Flavonoides A.Anthoyanes اما فيما يخص مركب Saponosides فهو متواجد بنبات الدفلة ال يوجد بنبات الكبار كما اظهرت النتائج ان مستخلصات االوراق و السيقان للنباتين لهما نفس مفعول المبيدات الحشرية بالنسبة لمختلف التراكيز المستعملة (100%, 80%, 60%, 40%, 20%, 10)
