Abstract

L‟aliment est l‟un des facteurs de réussite en pisciculture, dans ce contexte, un aliment expérimental a été formulés à base d‟ingrédients locaux avec un taux de protéine de 32%. Un aliment commercial a été testé également en tant que témoin à titre de comparaison. Un essai de croissance a été conduit et les performances des poissons ont été évaluées en termes de croissance, utilisation des aliments et survie. La croissance et l'utilisation des aliments pour Oreochromis Sp. Enregistre une moyenne de 1.80 ± 0.007 % pour l‟aliment expérimental et3.06 ± 0.11 %. Pour le TCA on enregistre respectivement 2 et 1.08, l‟aliment commercial présente un meilleur rendement de croissance, Le taux de survie est appréciable, et varie entre 79 et 88%. Les facteurs physico-chimiques des eaux d‟élevage ont été conforme aux normes d‟élevage, Sur la base des résultats obtenus, les ingrédients sélectionnés ont démontré un contenu nutritionnel intéressant pour l‟alimentation du Tilapia rouge (Oreochromis Sp), mais qui nécessite une reformulation et une rééquilibration afin d‟avoir une meilleure performance
