Abstract

Le présent travail porte sur l’étude de l’effet antifongique des huiles essentielles de la partie aérienne de trois plantes aromatiques sahariennes Artemesia herba alba, Ocimum basilicum, Mentha puleguim sur le champignon Fusarium Sp. Les huiles essentielles ont été extraite par hydrodistillation et testées par confrontation directe Les résultats montrent que les différents doses utilisés (0,1ml et 0,5 ml) des huiles essentielles de Artemesia herba alba et Mentha puleguim ont une efficacité remarquable sur la souche testée surtout à haute concentration. La souche testé Fusarium sp n’est pas sensible à l’huile essentielle de Ocimum basilicum

يركزهذا العمل على دراسة التأثير المضاد للفطريات للزيوت األساسية للجزء الجوي من ثالثة نباتات عطرية صحراوية Ocimum .Fusarium spفطر على , Mentha puleguim,لbasilicum Artemesia herba alb تم استخراج الزيوت األساسية عن طريق االستخالص بالتقطير واختبارها عن طريق المواجهة المباشرة تظهر النتائج أن التراكيز المستخدمة )0.1 مل،05 مل( من الزيوت األساسية ل Mentha puleguim وArtemesia herba alba لها فعالية ملحوظة على الساللة التي تم اختبارها خاصة عند التركيز العالي. ساللة االختبارFusarium sp ليست حساسة للزيت األساسيOcimum basilicum

This work focuses on the study of the antifungal effect of the essential oils of the aerial part of three Saharan aromatic plants Artemesia herba alba, Ocimum basilicum, Mentha puleguim on the fungus Fusarium Sp. The essential oils were extracted by hydrodistillation and tested by direct confrontation. The results show that the different doses used (0.1ml and 0.5ml) essential oils of Artemesia herba alba and Mentha puleguim have a remarkable efficiency on the strain tested especially at high concentration. The strain tested Fusarium sp is not susceptible to the essential oil of Ocimum basilicum.
