Abstract

Praise be to God who has argued with people about their surroundings، so he understood them، provided them with everything and was generous، granted them insight and knowledge، and gave them grace، and left for them the two weighty things، the Book of God and the family of the inspiring، chosen Prophet. All، and upon his good and pure family، and upon his companions. Lady Fatima al-Zahra، peace be upon her، is considered one of the orators who had a great influence on the events of her time. The house (peace be upon them) is the torrential torrent of Islamic values that are slowly declining. In this study، we aspire to place the rhetorical texts of Lady Fatima، peace be upon her، in the balance of the methodology based on the theoretical framework، the actual applications of the text، and what makes it a text، and the impact of external data contributing to its achievement. )، and between the heritage achievement (sermons of Lady Fatima al-Zahra، peace be upon her)، as well as achieving the approach and entering into the understanding of ancient texts and linking them to modern curricula. In view of the mechanisms and forms contained in those speeches in the argumentative theory that seeks to achieve the persuasive load، such as the new rhetoric of Perelman and Tatekeh، and the Hajjaj in the language of Decro and Anscomber and others، there is no harm in adopting it and following its features in the argumentative discourse; To give a comprehensive view of the speech of Lady Zahra، peace be upon her،according to a research plan that included a brief introduction to these argumentative premises and their forms in the deliberative lesson، and then the first topic comes to bear the title of introductions that include facts (Les faits)، followed by the second topic to bear the title of introductions that contain facts (Les verites). Then comes the third topic، the introductions that contain assumptions (Les Presomptions)، and after that came the conclusion of the book and the list of sources and references، praying to God for success، payment and acceptance that He answers prayers
