جودة الحياة الدراسية لدى أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية وعلاقتها بدافعية الانجاز

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف على مستوى جودة الحياة الدراسية،ومستوى دافعية الانجاز ،والتعرف على العلاقة بين جودة الحياة الدراسية ودافعية الانجاز لدى أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية،واستخدم الطالب المنهج الوصفي للتحقق من فرضيات الدراسة،وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 55أستاذ،واعتمد الطالب على مقياسين: مقياس جودة الحياة الدراسية ومقياس دافعية الانجاز،وتم معالجة البيانات إحصائيا بواسطة المتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري واختبار (ت) لعينة واحدة واختبار (ت) لعينتين مستقلتين ومعامل الارتباطبيرسون،وتوصل الطالب إلى وجود مستوى مرتفعفي جودة الحياة الدراسية لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية،ووجود مستوى مرتفع في دافعية الإنجاز،ووجود ارتباط موجب دال إحصائيا بين مستوى جودة الحياة الدراسية ودافعيةالانجاز.

The study aimed to uncover the quality of academic life and the level of achievement motivation, and to identify the relationship betwee the quality of academic life and the motivation of achievement of a professor of ph ysical education and sports. The quality of academic life scale and achievement motivation scale ,and the data were processed statistically by means of the arithmetic mean and standard deviation and the (T) test for one sample and the (T) test forin de pendent Pearson.
