Essai de multiplication du Drinn (Stipagrostis pungens) dans les conditions édapho-climatique de l’exploitation de l’université KASDI Merbah Ouargl

Abstract

L’objectif du présent travail est l’étude de la possibilité de reproduction du Drinn (Stipagrostis pungens) dans les conditions édapho-climatique de l’exploitation agricole de l’université KASDI Merbah Ouargla (ex. I.T.A.S.). L’essai consiste à étudier la reproduction du Drinn par le test de quatre fréquences d’irrigation et leur effet sur la réussite de la multiplication de la plante ainsi qu’un test de germination des graines nouvellement collectées de la région d’Adrar A travers nos résultats sur la multiplication de Stipagrostis pungens, Il apparait que les conditions nécessaires à la croissance de la plante n'étaient pas réunies, on a noté un taux de réussite de 4 %. Cela peut être dû à de nombreux facteurs qui doivent être pris en compte dans la multiplication de le Drinn D’après l’étude menée sur la germination des semences de Drinn, il apparait nettement que les graines sèches avec un caryopse de couleur brun avec une largeur dépassant le 1 mm germent facilement. Le taux de germination varie entre 36 % et 70 % avec une moyenne de 56,67 %.

The objective of the present work is to study the possibility of reproduction of Drinn (Stipagrostis pungens) under edapho-climatic conditions of the farm of KASDI Merbah Ouargla University (ex. I.T.A.S.). The trial consists of studying the reproduction of Drinn by testing four irrigation frequencies and their effect on the successful multiplication of the plant as well as a germination test of newly collected seeds from the Adrar region. Through our results on the multiplication of Stipagrostis pungens, it appears that the conditions necessary for the growth of the plant were not met, we noted a success rate of 4%.
