The objective of the present work is to study the possibility of reproduction of Drinn (Stipagrostis pungens) under edapho-climatic conditions of the farm of KASDI Merbah Ouargla University (ex. I.T.A.S.). The trial consists of studying the reproduction of Drinn by testing four irrigation frequencies and their effect on the successful multiplication of the plant as well as a germination test of newly collected seeds from the Adrar region. Through our results on the multiplication of Stipagrostis pungens, it appears that the conditions necessary for the growth of the plant were not met, we noted a success rate of 4%. This can be due to many factors which must be taken into account in the multiplication of the Drinn From the study conducted on the germination of Drinn seeds, it is clearly apparent that dry seeds with a brown- colored karyopsis with a width exceeding 1 mm germinate easily. The germination rate varies between 36% and 70% with an average of 56.67%. Thus, although the Drinn (Stipagrostis pungens) is a spontaneous plant that only grows in the Sahara by its adaptation to the environment, there is a possibility of its multiplication and the creation of a nursery. خلال تكيفه مع البيئة ، فهناك إمكانية لتكاثره وإنشاء مشتل Ainsi, bien que le Drinn (Stipagrostis pungens) soit une plante spontanée qui ne pousse que dans le Sahara que par son adaptation au milieu, il y a une possibilité de sa multiplication et la création de pépinièr في الظروف المناخية لمزرعة قاصدي مرباح جامعة ورقلة I.T.A.S المستثمر) .).
