Abstract

Roller burnishing consists of smoothing without removing chips and compacting metal surfaces by rolling elements. To understand the flow of the finishing process and to be able to benefit from all its advantages, it is useful to have a basic knowledge of the required criteria, the consequences and the possibilities. The proposed work is intended to examine and highlight the various techniques and modes of the roller burnishing process as well as the structural transformations and modification of the characteristics that accompany them. based on dozens of published research results, in order to facilitate and shorten research on this manufacturing process.

تهدف عملية التلميع إلى تحسين حالة الأسطح المعدنية و صقلها دون نزع رقائق المادة بواسطة عناصر الدرفلة. و لأجل فهم سيرورة هذه العملية النهائية مع إمكانية الاستفادة من كل مزاياها الإيجابية، يتحتم علينا معرفة المبادئ الأولية التي يعتمد عليها هذا النمط و المكاسب و النتائج المرجوة من وراء استخدامه. يهدف هذا العمل المقترح إلى فحص وإبراز التقنيات والأنماط المختلفة لعملية تلميع الأسطوانة بالإضافة إلى التحولات الهيكلية وتعديل الخصائص المصاحبة لها. اعتمادا على عشرات نتائج الأبحاث المنشورة ، و ذلك من أجل تسهيل وتقصير البحث في عملية التصنيع هذه

Le galetage consiste à lisser sans enlèvement de copeaux et à compacter des surfaces métalliques par des éléments de laminage. Pour comprendre le déroulement du processus de finition et pouvoir profiter de tous ses avantages, il est utile d'avoir des connaissances de base sur les critères requis, les conséquences et les possibilités. Le travail proposé est destiné à d'examiner et mettre en évidence les divers techniques et modes du processus de galetage ainsi que les transformations structurales et modification des caractéristiques qui les accompagnent.en basant sur des dizaines résultats des travaux de recherches publiés, afin de faciliter et raccourcir la recherche sur ce procédé de fabrication.
