Diagnostiques sérologiques du VIH par la technique ELISA

Abstract

L’infection par le VIH demeure un problème de santé publique. Une étude de diagnostiques sérologiques de VIH par la technique d’ELISA à été effectuée au niveau de wilaya d’Ouargla sur période allant du 1juin 2020 au 1mai 2021. Notre étude avait pour objectifs d’étude performance et surveillance de la techniques d’ELISA pour diagnostiques sérologiques de VIH et décrire le profile épidémiologie d’infection durant la période d’étude au niveau CDR (centre de référence de prise en charge d’infection VIH ) . 226 maladies répondant à nos critères d’inclusions ont été recensés .Cette étude à montre une prédominance de sexe féminin et les adultes jeunes étant les plus touche

تظل الإصابة بفيروس نقص المناعة البشرية مشكلة صحية عامة.أجريت دراسة للتشخيصات المصلية لفيروس نقص المناعة البشرية باستخدام تقنيات اليزا في ولاية ورقلة خلال الفترة من1يونيو2020إلى1مايو2021كان الهدف من دراستنا هو دراسة أداء ومراقبة تقنيات اليزا لتشخيص الأمصال فيروسو نقص المناعة البشرية,ووصف الملامح الوبائية لعدوى فيروس نقص المناعة البشرية الايدز خلال فترة الدراسة على مستوىCDRكز المرجعي الادراة( المر عدوى فيروس نقص المناعة البشرية ).تم تحديد222مريضا تستوفي معايير التضمين لدينا وتظهر هذه الدراسة غلبة الإناث والشباب على أنهم أكثر تضررا.

HIV infection remains a public health problem. A study of serological diagnoses of HIV by ELISA techniques was carried out in the wilaya of Ouargla over the periode from June 1 ,2020 to may 1,2021 .Our study was intended to study the performance and monitoring of the ELISA techniques to diagnose of HIV serology and describe the epidemiology profile of HIV /AIDS infection over the periode of study at CDR reference centre for the management of HIV infection . 226 diseases meeting our inclusion criteria were identified. This study shows a predominance of females and young adults being the most affected.
