Abstract

يقول فرناند بروديل(Fernand Braudel) "ان الخرائط هي التي تروي القصة الحقيقية ". ان تحويل الموارد الى قوة حقيقية بمعنى الحصول على النتائج الموجودة يتطلب استراتيجيات مصممة تصميما جيدا مع القيادة الماهرة، و القدرة على تحريك الناس بواسطة الحجة و القدرة على الجذب و الاستقطاب الذي غالبا ما يؤدي الى الاذعان تهدف الدراسة الى محاولة الكشف عن مدى تأثير عامل الجيوبوليتيكا في توجهات السياسة الخارجية التركية من خلال السيطرة على جيوبوليتيك الطاقة المتوسطية، في ظل تنافسية البيئة الاقليمية والدولية التي تتسم بتغير مستمر للصدام الجيوسياسي بين الشرق و الغرب "It is the maps that tell the true story" says Fernand Braudel. Transforming resources into real power in the sense of obtaining existing results requires well-designed strategies with skillful leadership, the ability to move people by argument and the power to attract and polarize that often leads to compliance. The study aims to try to reveal the extent of the influence of the geopolitics factor on the Turkish foreign policy orientations by controlling the geopolitics of the Mediterranean energy, in light of the competitiveness of the regional and international environment characterized by a continuous change of the geopolitical clash between East and West.
