Abstract

على العكس من البناء الاجتماعي المشترك وما يكشف عن درجة عالية من التماسك الاجتماعي داخل النظام الإقليمي الخليجي، فإن هذا النظام يعاني تدني درجة التماسك السياسي، وهذا يظهر بوضوح ليس فقط في خصائص نظم الحكم والنخب بل أيضا خصائص المجتمع والدولة وفي الإديولوجيات السياسية والنخب الحاكمة والفاعلة لكل دولة، وعليه تسعى هته الدراسة للبحث في التحديات السياسية داخل هذا النظام و البحث كذلك في طبيعة انظمة الحكم و اشكالية شرعية الحكم. In contrast to the common social construction and what reveals a high degree of social cohesion within the Gulf regional system, this system suffers from a low degree of political cohesion. state, and accordingly this study seeks to examine the political challenges within this system, and also research the nature of government systems and the problematic of the legitimacy of government
