دور الثقافة الأمنية في التقليل من حوادث العمل بالمؤسسة (المجمع الصناعي لإسمنت الجزائر ،وحدة توقرت نموذجا)

Abstract

الدراسة تمحورت حول موضوع دور الثقافة الأمنية في التقليل من حوادث العمل بالمؤسسة وهو من الدراسات التي تعد غير شائعة كثيرا حيث تناول في اختصاصات عدة ومن منظور تقني محض، وكدارسين في علم الاجتماع التنظيم والعمل حاولنا جاهدين للتطرق لهذا الموضوع من الجانب السوسيولوجي لإظهار المسببات الخفية التي تقف وراء الحوا د ث المهنية بالمؤسسات الجزائرية . وعليه جاءت هذه الدراسة لتثير إشكالية محددة يدور مضمونها حول تساؤل رئيسي وهو: -هل نجح المجمع الصناعي لإسمنت الجزائر وحدة توقرت في خلق ثقافة أمنية للتقليل من حوادث العمل؟ كما تضمنت الدراسة تساؤلات فرعية هي: -هل توجد ثقافة أمنية من خلا ل المسار الاتصالي بين عامل/عامل بالمجمع الصناعي لإسمنت الجزائر وحدة توقرت؟ -هل نلمس حضور ثقافة أمنية بين المشرف والعامل بالمجمع الصناعي لإسمنت الجزائر وحدة توقرت؟ -مدى تشبع العامل نفسه بالثقافة الأمنية في المجمع الصناعي لإسمنت الجزائر وحدة توقرت؟ وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفيو أدوات جمع البيانات كالاستمارة والمقابلة كأداة مساعدة والملاحظة البسيطة، ثم جمع المعلومات المتحصل عليها وتبويبها ومعالجتها إحصائيا بالاعتماد على النسب المئوية والتكرارات في اختبار التساؤلات الجزئية للبحث .

The study focused on the topic of the role of security culture in reducing work accidents in the organization, which is one of the studies that are not very common, as it dealt with several specializations and from a purely technical perspective, and as scholars in the sociology of organization and work, we tried hard to address this topic from the sociological side to show the hidden causes that stand Behind the professional accidents in the Algerian institutions. Accordingly, this study came to raise a specific problem, the content of which revolves around a main question: Did the industrial complex of Algeria Cement succeed in creating a security culture to reduce work accidents? The study also included sub-questions: -Is there a security culture through the communication path between a worker/worker in the industrial complex of Algiers Cement and a unit that was established? Do we perceive the presence of a security culture between the supervisor and the worker in the industrial complex of Algiers Cement, a unit that has been established? - The extent to which the worker himself is saturated with the security culture in the industrial complex of Algiers Cement, a unit that has been established? The descriptive approach and data collection tools such as the form and interview as an auxiliary tool and simple observation were relied upon, then the obtained information was collected, classified and processed statistically based on percentages and repetitions in the partial questions test for research.
