الحوادث المهنية وانعكاساتها على استقرار العامل في المؤسسة الخدماتية دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة الديوان الوطني للتطهير فرع تقرت

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة تأثيرات الحوادث المهنية على استقرار العامل في المؤسسة الخدماتية في مؤسسة الديوان الوطني للتطهير فرع تقرت. ولمعرفة هذا تم طرح التساؤل التالي :كيف تنعكس الحوادث المهنية على استقرار العامل في المؤسسة الخدماتية ؟ حيث تندرج تحته التساؤلات التالية: 1-كيف تنعكس الحوادث المهنية على تحفيز العامل في المؤسسة الخدماتية؟ 2-كيف تنعكس الحوادث المهنية على الروح المعنوية للعامل في المؤسسة الخدماتية؟ 3-كيف تنعكس الحوادث على انضباط العامل في المؤسسة الخدماتية ؟ وللإجابة على هذه التساؤلات تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي ,مستخدمين في ذلك أداة استمارة الاستبيان مع 30 مفردة من مؤسسة الديوان الوطني للتطهير فرع تقرت حيث دامت الدراسة الميدانية حوالي شهرين وتم التوصل الى نتيجة أن الحوادث المهنية تنعكس سلبا على تحفيز العامل وايجابيا على الروح المعنوية وانضباط العامل

The current study aims to know the Impact of occupational accidents on the stability of the worker in the service institution. Thenational office of disinfection foundation touggourt branch.it includes the following questions. 1-how do occupational accidents affect the employee's motivation in the service institution? 2-how do occupational accidents affect the morale of worker in the service institution? 3-how do occupationale accidents of the discipline of the worker in the service institution? In order to answer these questions,the descriptive approach was 30 itemes from the national diwan for disinfection foundation touggourtbranche . Where the field study lasted about two months and it was concluded that occupational .accidents negatively where the filed study lasted about two months and concluded that occupational negatively affect worker motivation and positively on morale and discipline
